Still waiting to go short around 1.2780 – 1.2815
GBPUSD
The 1H chart of the GBP/USD has had a nice 2 day run but looks a little over extended on the move back above 1.55. My preference for the short side is tempered by pending announcement from the Bank of England concerning the MPC meeting and rate statement tomorrow morning, so I’m ware going to wait until tomorrow to perhaps pull the trigger.
Still hold short @ 1.5450 & Try to add one more short if tthe price pullback

Honestly though, I like all 3 short start yesterday not because they have a huge chance of selling off, but because IF they turn lower soon, it should mean 100’s of pips lower.

The market movement not so good.
I will close my short in profit soon & stand aside
I still like both GBP/USD and EUR/USD short. My plan yesterday was to sell both on rallies and I took some educated guesses at potential tops, and while my guesses were a bit off, the gist of wanting to be short for a more medium term move remains. I expect EURUSD to break lower below 1.2625 and extend even lower possibly by another 100 pips.
I expect GBPUSD to exhibit some weakness, but with the current sentiment balanced more negatively against the EUR/USD, and EUR/GBP in position for a potential extention lower, I think GBP/USD weakness may be limited to 1.5415-1.5390 for the time being.
UK Interest Rate Decision (no change at 0.50% expected) – There is very little chance of any new developments here, but just in case:
– If they hike rates, GBP/USD should rally 100-200 pips.
– If they introduce additional QE measures of some sort, GBP/USD should lose 50-100+ pips depending on the extent of the QE
i still holding my short audusd @ 9210. From your views will you continue to hold it or lose it since the price seems to be going north to 9350 area. Bias right now since the RSI seems to be in overbought area too..hmm
If your margin can cover, you can hold it.
My model, I’m still holding because it overbought.
I will close my trade when the price going down soon.
EURGBP
EURGBP has broken down sharply to retrace a large portion of last week’s potentially bullish First Thrust pattern. This breakdown shifts the immediate risk back to the downside suggesting that the 0.8142 recent low marked just a temporary base above the 0.8067 June swing low. While the intra-week high at 0.8389 caps I turn my focus back to supports at 0.8067/0.8142.
I will short around 0.8290, target @ 08150

USDJPY SSI remains at extremes of 5.5 longs per short. Still contrarian bearish, but I’m targeting a long on a break of 84.50
